The Pittsburgh Rotary Ethics Excellence Awards (PREEA), Pittsburgh’s annual awards honoring the region’s top leaders in business ethics, named M Member Firm Gateway Financial as the winner in the medium company category. Gateway Financial was one of three finalists in the category, including BCHH, Inc. and Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP.
“The guiding principle behind Gateway Financial has always been to do the right thing for our clients, their families, and our community,” said David Malone, President & CEO of Gateway Financial. “We are very proud to receive this award and applaud the work the Rotary does year in and year out; we are humbled and honored.”
All nominees were thoroughly evaluated, interviewed by students from the University of Pittsburgh’s David Berg Center of Ethics and Leadership. Other winners include FedEx Ground for large company honors and 5 Generation Bakers for small companies.
PREEA is an all-volunteer effort, and all funds generated from this event are used in establishing the City of Champions Emergency Fund to eliminate barriers to success for individuals, families, and organizations in the community in need.
