This year’s wellness initiative at M Financial Group focuses on five components of wellbeing—emotional, financial, physical, psychological, and social—which are incorporated into weekly Wellness Wednesday activities that help support M Team members take healthier steps to living their lives well.
Inside and Out—the emotional component—features a monthly Lunch Bunch where everyone can contribute ingredients for a salad bar, whole bowl, or taco bowl and catch up with one another in the kitchen.
