Justin joined M Benefit Solutions in 2023 as the Director of Client Relationships and Administration, where he leads the team of Client Relationship Managers and Plan Administrators. He is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of insurance and benefit reporting and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Prior to joining M Benefit Solutions, Justin served as a Senior Consultant at Newport.  He has over 15 years of experience in the Nonqualified retirement industry focused on benefit plan design, informal BOLI/COLI funding strategies, financial analysis, and relationship management.    

Justin received his B.A. Psychology from the University of Texas-Austin, along with a B.S. of Business Administration and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.  He is also a certified Nonqualified Plan Consultant (NQPC™) through the National Association of Plan Advisors.
