Frank joined M Benefit Solutions in 2001, and has been evaluating complex financial and legal issues for nonqualified executive plans since 1992. He specialized in tax and ERISA benefits at the Perkins Coie law firm in Seattle and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. His education and experience in actuarial science and law give him a unique perspective on the world of nonqualified benefits.
Frank earned a B.S.E. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Columbia University Law School. He is a registered representative with M Holdings Securities, Inc.
