Brian Houston is a business development manager at Voya Investment Management for strategic partners — retirement services group. Brian is responsible for selling and servicing Voya investment management products to broker-dealers, along with investment portfolios and subaccounts in retirement and annuity platforms.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked as a business development manager for Invesco, focusing on DCIO platforms and broker-dealer relationships. Previously, he worked at Invesco selling and servicing retirement plan products.

Brian received a B.A. in business management from Texas State University. He is a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 26, 51, 63, 66, 79 licenses.
