Andy Graves serves as Chief Revenue Officer at M Financial Group. In this role, Andy leads revenue growth for M, including the recruitment and development of new firms and producers with existing Member Firms. His responsibilities also include M’s Regional Development teams, Marketing, Events, and M Carrier relationships, where he focuses on ensuring M Financial’s delivery of innovative, technology-driven solutions to meet the evolving needs of Member Firms and their clients.
Andy brings to M Financial more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, including expertise in carrier relationships, advanced sales, product development, underwriting, and technology. Prior to joining M Financial, Andy held senior executive roles at a carrier, a large BGA, and an M Member Firm, where he was responsible for driving growth and operational excellence.
Before his career in financial services, Andy served as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. He holds two master’s degrees from the University of Michigan: one in Operations Engineering and another in Atmospheric & Space Science.
