M Financial President & CEO Russell Bundschuh joined a panel of industry executives and academics in January for The American College Center for Ethics in Financial Services’ 23rd Annual Forum on Ethical Leadership in Financial Services.
In July, the center released its 2024 Perspectives on Ethical Leadership report, which captures the panel’s robust discussions on the evolving topics of technology, artificial intelligence, and ethics in financial services.
The forum provided an opportunity for the candid exchange of ideas and perspectives on ethical matters facing today’s financial services industry, including:
“I greatly appreciated the opportunity to join my peers and academics to freely discuss the ethical issues surrounding the rapidly changing landscape of technology in financial services,” Bundschuh said. “The resulting report underscores the need for transparency, constructive dissent, and a strong ethical culture when integrating technology, especially AI, in organizational processes.”
