The Member Firm Engagement & Training team delivers concierge-level onboarding and ongoing instructional assistance to the M Community through the creation of training materials, documentation, videos, eLearning, and business reporting resources available. The Training Specialists and Technical Analysts help firms embrace M’s technology platforms and operational services by assisting with troubleshooting, system guidance, best practices, and advanced report creation.
